This piece, originally a watercolor painting, is part of my Desert Vibe series. It was inspired by a significant event during a 2020 vacation when I lost my wallet. Miraculously, the wallet was returned completely intact—credit cards, cash, driver's license, everything was there. After this incredible act of kindness, my heart was filled with gratitude, and we bowed our heads in thanks to God for sending angels our way.
Although we never discovered who the good Samaritan was, we are deeply grateful for their integrity. During a time when the world often feels overwhelmed with anger and self-interest, this experience reminded me of the goodness that still exists. Many people are filled with love, compassion, and a genuine desire to do what's right for their families, others, and their communities.
To express my gratitude, I wanted to create an artwork that captured the essence of this experience. The next day, I researched the symbol for an upside-down peace sign, which I discovered means "endless peace." This became the foundation of my piece, titled "The Spread of Endless Love and Peace."
As I painted, I infused the artwork with emotions of love, hope, gratitude, inspiration, peace, integrity, and blessings. I believe that this piece carries a collective energy that represents these positive qualities. For anyone who views or thinks about this artwork and seeks love and peace in their life, I hope it provides a source of comfort and inspiration.
