My family and I collect turtles and tortoises, so it seemed fitting to design a Desert Tortoise. Wanted to include a fun desert design on the tortoise’s shell. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to use the outer areas of the shell to frame the desert landscape scene.
This is the original design of the Desert Tortoise Series. Since this design is so popular we created other designs on the tortoise shell to appeal to more people.
