I sometimes wonder what it would sound like if the  desert had a verbal voice or played an instrument for all  to hear. And yet, since it doesn’t, that’s probably why the  desert and most other landscapes, for that matter, are  beautiful in their own way. Because not only are they  magnificent visually, but they also seem to have a way  of singing to our hearts in an indescribable manner.  They can inspire and amaze the core of who we are.  Their vast beauty draws us in to enjoy every moment,  and sometimes we enjoy it so much, it’s hard  for us to leave it behind.
